RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
- Return credits will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected.
- All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 2 days upon receiving the original order
- ALL PROMOTIONAL / CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED.
- Returns must be in original condition with all original packaging.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Be sure to include RMA number. (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURN SHIPPING?
Customer is responsible for any fees associated with returns. Please note that original shipping and handling are non-refundable. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our store, so please make sure items are packed up properly to prevent any damages on the way.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
- Loss or damage of merchandise while in customer`s possession (Does not apply to removing the packing seals to check contents).
- Merchandise appears to be worn, used, or otherwise in non-sale able condition.
- Time since the sale is beyond the Customer`s return period. *Please refer to customer return policy.
- Breaking of original Vibrant M.i.U packaging and re-wrapping.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To return your item(s) for exchange/online store credit, follow the steps below:- Please send out an email to customerservice@vibrantmiu.com to receive your RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization number)
- Please include “Wholesale website order return request” in the subject line.
- A RMA number will be issued to you by email within 2-3 business days. Once received, please print and send it along with the original invoice and the goods you wish to return. Returns received without an online account and RMA number will not be processed.
- Once your return has been processed, you will be notified by email and issued an online store credit to apply to your next purchase.
